How do I schedule a service?
You can contact us by phone, text, or through our website form.

Will I receive confirmation?
If you opt in for text, you may receive a confirmation via phone or SMS after scheduling.

Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, please contact us as soon as possible to make changes.

Is there a cost for pick up?
Donation pick ups are FREE and donation receipts are available.

Do you deliver?
We do! Delivery is available in the Missoula area for an additional fee.

What items do you accept?
In general most used furniture, appliances, and home decor with some limitations depending on condition.

What items are not accepted?
Furniture that is broken, dirty, unsafe, or missing parts. Non-working appliances are welcome to be dropped off with us, or may be considered if we are already at an address picking up other items.

Do I get a receipt?
Yes, donations are tax-deductible and receipts are available.

Where do proceeds go?
They support local child abuse prevention programs through The Parenting Place.

Can I drop off items?
Yes, during regular business hours.

How do I donate?
Call, submit a form on our website, or visit us in person.
